Crown Business Coaching Mission, Vision and Commitments

Mission Statement

1. To provide business coaching that will equip business leaders to move their companies from self-centered ones concerned primarily with the financial bottom line into companies that express the rule of Jesus Christ in the marketplace, with extraordinary financial success as a natural result.

2. To eventually lead whole companies into the recognition of the power of the principles of the kingdom of God to provide win-win transactions and then leading them into adopting and implementing these principles in the lives of employees, clients and customers.

Vision Statement

Our vision is to see the driving force of the American marketplace become the timeless principles of the kingdom of God rather than solely personal financial gain. Among these are Integrity, Love, Trust, Service, Stewardship, Responsibility, Authority, Accountability, Humility and an Indomitable Will to succeed, from which financial gain is a spontaneous, naturally occurring, inevitable result (See Crown Business Coaching Principles of Business Success).

Non-Negotiable Commitments

1. We are committed to providing value greater than the business coaching fee.

2. We are committed to helping the client determine his highest calling in his business, helping him to envision himself functioning in that calling and encouraging him to do whatever is necessary to fulfill his calling as his ultimate goal.

3. We are committed to listening attentively to the client’s problems, worries and concerns and then helping the client come to successful resolution of them.

4. We are committed to measuring all personal and relational business questions and concerns by eternal standards that have proven to be successful in the crucible of experience and not by CBC’s best ideas of what the standards should be.

5. We are committed to continuing to be learners as business coaches, recognizing that we are very fallible. By not presuming to know all answers, the business coach creates a climate of self-discovery that allows the client to discover truth both about himself and for himself, truth he will henceforth never forget.
