Crown Business Coaching Strategies

     Crown Business Coaching proposes to help the client evaluate the present state of his company and set a timetable to reach measurable, specific goals. The following is a brief outline of the strategies that will be used:

1. Establish Mission, Vision and Commitment statements plus a comprehensive business plan, stating clearly who we are, what we do, where we are going and how we will get there.

2. Evaluate each area of the company in the following manner:

What's working?

What's not working?

What’s missing?

What’s next?

3. Evaluate each employee:

Which employees/associates are excelling? Why? How do you know?

Which employees are performing satisfactorily? How do you know? How could they improve? How can you help them do so?

Which employees are performing unacceptably? How do you know? What can you do for them to raise their level of performance?

4. Self evaluation:

What are your strengths? How do you know? Who agrees?

What are your weaknesses? How do you know? Who agrees?

What characteristics do you need to pursue to turn your weaknesses into strengths?

     Pursuing this strategy will help the business leader to be more realistic about himself and his company and position him to do what is necessary for extraordinary business success.
