Crown Business Coaching
is the vision of Robert Andrews. A graduate chemical engineer from
the University of Oklahoma, Robert soon became aware that his
interests and abilities were more relational than technical, so he
began a life journey given to working with people--learning and
transferring to others the leadership skills he was acquiring.
After 40 years in the
“people business” as college counselor, educator, high-school
basketball coach, pastor and church planter, he realized that the
eternal principles he had grown to recognize as fundamental to
success in other areas of life obviously were applicable in the
marketplace as well. Hence Crown Business Coaching was born. As a
Certified Business Coach, Robert’s experience
and the life-changing principles he has discovered over the years
are now available to business leaders on a personal coaching basis.
“We face the same personal and relational problems again and again,
whether it is in our marriages, with our children, in our churches
or in our businesses. We all need someone to help us face those
difficulties and ultimately ourselves in order to turn from our
limiting and debilitating mind-sets to a future of unlimited
personal and business possibilities,” says Robert. “That’s where a
coach with an external, impartial perspective who speaks truth and
encouragement is invaluable.”
